Although we have a very high tracking rate, if an offer has not tracked and Cashbacksaver has not been paid due to a users pc blocking cookies or popups, we can not guarantee that offer will be subject to a cashback claim but will make every effort to chase the merchant site involved to claim the funds on your behalf. In the event of a dispute and Cashbacksaver has not been paid by the merchant we will not be able to pass on the cashback to the member and Cashbacksaver's decision will be final.

We reserve the right to cancel any member account without liability if we suspect misuse, fraud or multiple accounts in use by the same person. We also reserve the right to cancel any cashback awarded under these circumstances. The cash in these accounts will then become the property of Cashbacksaver.

You have the option to opt in or out of our news letters on signup and from your account area once logged in. It is your responsibility to update this information and we reserve the right to send news letters to all opted in members.
